You tell me the date and rough timing. I suggest the best spots based on light, crowd levels, and the kind of image you want — and we lock in the plan together.
Hidden setup
I arrive before you and position myself discreetly nearby — blending in as a tourist or street photographer. Your partner won’t see me coming.
The moment, captured
The question, the reaction, the embrace — all of it. I keep shooting through the aftermath too: the tears, the laughter, the first photos as an engaged couple.

How does a secret proposal shoot work?
We plan location and timing in advance. On the day, I arrive early and stay hidden nearby. You propose, I capture everything — the moment, the reaction, and what comes after — without your partner ever seeing the camera.
What’s the best time of day to propose in Lisbon?
Sunrise and sunset give the most beautiful light. Sunrise (around 6–7am in summer) means empty streets and soft golden tones. Sunset at the Castle or MAAT gives dramatic warm light. I’ll advise based on your chosen location.
Can you help me plan where to propose?
Yes — location planning is included. I’ll suggest the best spot based on your preferred time of day, crowd levels, and the kind of photo you want. I also have backup plans ready in case of rain or crowds.
Do you also shoot after the proposal?
Yes — once the moment has happened, we can continue into a relaxed couples session around the location. Most people want to keep shooting while the emotions are high, and those photos are often their favourites.
How quickly will I receive the photos?
Edited photos are delivered within 5–7 days via a private download link. Rush delivery within 24–48 hours is available on request — one client even had his photos before he got home from celebrating.
